Buttercup, 4 Years Old
What is iFoster?
Buttercup loves to look at you goofy with that big tongue of her's hanging out. She's really starting to "explore" her new surroundings. For the first couple of days, she would barely leave my side and when she did leave my side (un-knowingly) she would stop and you could almost see her mind say, "where did she go?" Now she's much more eager to explore on her own although still mindful of where I am. I've had a hard time getting her to go potty anywhere. She just doesn't want to go. I've kept a very close eye on her so I know there haven't been any accidents.
Buttercup's favorite thing is to cuddle on the couch and in bed. She'll snuggle right up to you and waits for you to pet her. She will even paw at my hands to "remind me" to pet her. She gets along great with all my other pets (2 female pugs, 1 male lab, 1 male cat). The only thing she's leery about are guys. There is an 18yr old living with me and she'll growl (not viciously) at him and will bark. She does the same thing to his friends. She doesn't necessarily have to see them just their voice will make her do this. We're working on building trust with him and her and hopefully she'll learn that he's not the mean one.
Adoption fee: $350.00
