What is iFoster?Tootsie was rescued from a puppy mill. She is a very, very sweet girl. Loud noises scare her and she acts afraid of people sometimes. With lots of love and patience she will get over this. She has already made vast improvements just in the time her foster has had her. Her potty training is going fairly good. She gets along well with all the other pugs in house and sometimes plays with the toys she finds. Her eye sight in fair. All she requires is some love and maybe a lap to sleep on now and then.
